8 Treanor

8 Treanor was a unique ground-up custom home built for a client in the heart of Marin County. This project began with GCC working closely with the Architect and the client to help ensure the house maximized the use of the property and met all of the client’s design expectations. GCC also worked closely with the client at the beginning of the project to help arrange for construction funding. This beautiful, custom home was finished on time and on budget to a very high standard, and to the satisfaction of the client.

354 Treehaven

354 Treehaven was a remodel of an aging house in the Napa Wine Country. The client was looking to transform this outdated structure into their dream weekend getaway home. Aside from the 3,000 square structure, this project also featured extensive landscaping and other upgrades to the lot.

1910 Green

1910 Green was a two-story addition on the rear of a 125-year-old Victorian home in the Cow Hollow neighborhood of San Francisco. The project also involved the construction of a second kitchen, a new bathroom, extensive electrical and plumbing upgrades, the complete rebuild of the rear yard fences and patio area, new IPE decks and stairs, custom CR Lawrence glass handrails, wallpapering and repaint the interior and exterior. Difficult site access and limited parking made this project especially challenging. GCC delivered the project on time and on budget to the client’s great satisfaction.

Kentfield Remodel

Kentfield Remodel is a project that included the demolition of an existing 1,500 square foot single-family residence, and the ground-up construction of a 3,300 square foot custom home. Despite working through the winter months then encountering the difficulties associated with the Coronavirus Pandemic, GCC was able to complete the project in a timely manner, and deliver to the client the same high-quality we strive for on every project.
