Straits View Remodel

Perched on a steep hillside in Tiburon, this custom modern home was designed to maximize sweeping Bay views. Built on challenging terrain, the project required expert engineering and precise execution. Features include expansive NanaWall folding glass doors, custom glass railings, and large Bluestone tile—each element chosen to blend modern luxury with the natural surroundings. This home showcases Gannon Construction’s expertise in complex hillside builds and high-end finishes. 

Terra Linda New Construction

This modern San Rafael home, designed with Wright Architecture, is the result of a near-complete teardown and rebuild. Bright natural light, soaring ceilings, and warm wood accents create an inviting, spacious atmosphere. From demolition to finishing touches, Gannon Construction expertly managed every phase of this complex project—delivering timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and a home perfectly tailored to Marin County living.

Mog Asu Wine Bar

MOG ASU Wine Bar in Tiburon is a striking transformation of a former bank into an intimate, refined gathering space. Designed by Michelle Squire of Studio Squire, the tenant improvement features moody tones, rich textures, and a custom glass-enclosed wine room that serves as a functional showpiece. A herringbone-patterned floor adds warmth and sophistication, complementing the bar’s modern, atmospheric design.

Marinwood Remodel

This Marinwood home was thoughtfully reimagined through a seamless remodel and addition. This project features a bright, open plan centered around a stunning chef’s kitchen—complete with high-end appliances, generous prep space, and a strong connection to the living and dining areas. Soaring ceilings enhance the sense of volume and light, creating an airy, modern feel throughout the home. A luxurious steam shower adds a spa-like touch to the primary suite, rounding out a residence designed for both comfort and sophistication.
